Rooms and toilet are clean. Bedsheets are clean. Instant shower water pressure is good. No hot water kettle in the room. Water dispenser is provided at the lift lobby. Hair dryer is provided on request. However some maintenance is required on the bidet as it is constantly leaking. The service is so bad. I once check in this hotel. I got unfunctional aircond. And i ask for a new room, the receptionist simply drag the time till half an hour. I was waiting for half an hour just to get a new room with proper aircond ventilation. N the price for 1 room with 2 queen bed is rm93 including breakfast. However, on that day, the receptionist ask me to add on another rm5 to add on bteakfast. One more thin... View all feedback.

Hair dryer is provided on request. However some maintenance is required on the bidet as it is constantly leaking. One grouse is that when the key card is removed all socket power is disconnected as well. So cannot leave phone or other device for charging when gone out. Also key cards for the rooms are labelled with the room no making this risky if the key card is lost. Parking is on public road.
Nice clean room but the room size is a bit small for 3 adults accodomation with 2 queen size bed units inside For location at Batu Pahat , Johor it's consider the room rates per night is a bit high (Rm178 per night) with no other facilities available such as swimming pool or gym
So far it's a nice place to stay and not very expensive. The staff are polite and rooms are clean. Cone with breakfast. Although not many choices but still ok
I like this hotel very much. The service and breakfast are very good. The waiter Mizi provided excellent services throughout my stay here. Chuen Kin Quek
Overall is good only tv line not stable (sangkut-sangkut)
