Friendly staff. Clean toilets. I placed my order before the time and had to wait about 10 minutes for my order after arrival. I was a bit confused when I arrived because most locations have a shelf for orders, which they do not. Instead, they keep the online orders cooled behind the counter. That's really pretty cool. The staff were very friendly, and the restrooms were clean. I ordered ahead of time, but had to wait about 10 minutes after I arrived for my meal. I was slightly confused at first because most places have a shelf for picking up orders, but here they don't. Instead, they keep the online orders chilled behind the counter, which I thought was a nice touch.
A shoutout to the Battle Creek location for their incredibly friendly staff! There are a couple of girls I see in the drive-thru in the morning who truly enhance the experience. I don’t know their names, but one girl with brown hair has outstanding customer service skills. I’m obsessed with the Pomegranate Plunge and my all-time favorite, the Turkey Bacon Ranch. The place is very clean too. Thanks for fueling my smoothie addiction!
My granddaughter is a huge fan of Tropical Smoothie! She hasn't met a smoothie she didn't enjoy! Her favorite sandwich is the Chicken Bacon Ranch Flatbread, paired with a bag of Jalapeno Chips. The staff is very friendly, and our orders are always quick and correct!
