The Phukn Batcave - Battle Creek

Doesn't it allow to take orders over the phone??? You only allow certain companies to order the takeover via the phone terrible customer service any other pancake house in Michigan would take you an order via the phone. They said it was a family owed pancake house they have the right not to accept orders. Not my fault you burned orders, whatever that means. HORRIBEN FOR THE SERVICE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

The Pancake House is an incredibly popular breakfast place in Battle Creek, and it is obvious on Sunday morning when there is almost always a waiting list for a table. They don't make extradition, or at least they never leave me, and it will be hit or miss if they let you book a table over the phone. Recently they have made some renovations, the largest that painted over the hot balloon wall. I was in the Pankcake House several times, but recently went with a large group for a brunch menu. It took a while for our meals, but I think this is to be expected with a larger group. Our waitress was attentive and we sat immediately, although they were relatively busy, they were completely ready to put together a table for us. The low rating for me comes from the fact that I am not a big fan of her food. Because the pancake house in Battle Creek is such an inhibition, I always come back because someone wants to meet there, but I will always discuss whether I really should get something to eat. I'm not a big fan of their pancakes, if I have them, they're browner than I want and openly a little crisp. Because I'm not a fan of pancakes, I went back to order chicken teeth. They have recently changed their chicken breeds, they are not so crispy or crispy now, and I like that, but they are still not the best chicken breeders I ever had. My friends had omeletts, pancakes and waffles and had no complaints, but also not about it. The best part of my meal was the hot chocolate, it was one of the best hot chocolates I ever had. While I'm not the biggest fan of the pancake house, waiters are never rude, they have a lot of food options (if I wasn't so picky, I'm sure there are some kind of meal I would enjoy), and they are for large groups of people. While the restaurant is somewhat outdated and sometimes and not always the cleanest, I would never say that people do not eat in the pancake house.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Use to be my favorite place until I had to work and wanted my food at the time I arrived. I have family who worked there and still works! U would think the manager owner Jen would make an exception! Now was very dry didn't even want to see what I had to say and gave no damn family work there! Now guess what next time HOME SPUN! They are so good and u can call them to pick up! This review is also available on yelp! I did it with my friend and my friend. I wanted to. Ordered ham and cheese omelet. Very good, lots of cheese and ham, fluffy eggs!! Sourdough toast crispy but delicious. Coffee hit the spot! Would stop here again didn't get 5 stars cause it took a long time to get the food BUT it was well with it

Terrible safety, overpriced drinks.
