Contribute Feedback What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful towards my brother and me for no apparent reason. Customer service should be a priority, and this place clearly lacks it. To make matters worse, I found a fly in the pantry, but honestly, the most off-putting part was the demeanor of the woman who served us. I won't be returning. View all feedback.
Asked if they could put my latte in my Thermos car container, instead of their flimsy coffee sauces like all others. dieucks do for me all the time, but manager in the service said no. for what they calculate, this is ridiculous, especially when others do diets! avoid the lazy people and unfriendly people at this dieucks location!
At some point youve got to touch the tables and restrooms ... all dirty, no TP, and no attempt to attend to either once they were brought up. No wonder the lobby was empty.
I can honestly say that the only good customer service I 've ever recieved in ANY Starbucks has been from a new employee? The only reason I walk into a Starbucks at this point is because a friend of my daughter 's wants to get a drink. I 'm always disappointed in the beverage I choose, flavor profiles are washed away somehow, no matter how good they sound when I 'm ordering?????I really can 't afford these beverages, so they are a major treat for me and my daughter.Upsetting as it may be for the powers that be , I prefer Biggby for full, great flavor, amazing customer service regardless of the location I 'm currently in, and an affordable price?Sorry, not sorry?Bummer, for sure?Do NOT recommend...?
I asked for a Carmel ribbon crunch with no whip cream and this is what i got. No Carmel on it no crunch pieces and some whip cream. They clearly put whip cream on it and very badly took it off.
I have been going to Starbucks and ordering the same drink for YEARS, they always make my drink the best here! :
