Kfc - Battle Creek

Eating was very good. had to wait for a part of the order to cook, but it was fresh. they need more help than it seems they are fighting to maintain. the business and the bathroom could have been cleaner but not bad.

I hope they will be closed. never something and terrible customer service. - I'm not a chicken house. they give us like literally every other chicken stable, but this one. Don't even try. I promise you you will regret it.

I wish I would check the reviews before I ordered. for me the customer service was normal in the conversation to reach the main point here: eating! So I'm not sure when almost food spots have survived the rest, but I never had kfc as I had received today, I bought the $10 box with chicken sandwich, pommes, Slav, mac. both the sandwich and the pommes were a day old constanz! it was not a crispy, only hard and old, as if it was sitting there all day, that was for lunch they remember so that they assume that everything was simply fired in the kitchen for the day and so it should be the freshest they have on the day. will never return to this kfc if any, fastfood is out of the window for me. could also today put themselves at applebee’s at the same price!

Do you want food poisoning? then eat here. if they want to eat edible, they go somewhere else. Look at the riders. the biscuits were stone-resistant. no care.

We ordered a box of Nashville wings with no pickles. We got it, and it had pickles. Went through the drive thru and the who I assume to be manager, yelled at us saying the online order said pickles on it. Apparently, the online ticket says pickles on it, even though our receipt online said no pickles. I understand this is not their fault, that their is an error in the system. However, the woman was beyond rude and demanded we give the one with pickles back. The fact that she yelled on us, when the order was wrong, was upsetting. Also, I know that fast food places are not allowed to take food back after they have distributed it. That part just grosses me out, since I touched the wings to make sure their wasn't just one pickle and there was several. It's unsanitary and against guidelines for them to take food back. I just hope we didn't receive food that had been returned! The food we did get, tasted great. The service from the one lady was horrible though. When I went inside to ask for sauce, the other workers were very nice.
