Unfortunately, our visit on 12/3 was not as impressive in terms of service. I had to fetch my own silverware and straw after requesting them twice. We only saw our server about every 20 minutes and received more attention from the staff bringing out the food. In hindsight, we wish we had requested a different section for a better dining experience.

My experience at the BC Chili's is only tainted by the number of staff, some days. Food is always good. Staff is always great. The only problem is the number of staff working. I think they changed something up to increase money making potential of thosewho are working and sometimes to the detriment of customers. It takes longer to get food and service.
