Applebee's Grill - Battle Creek

I work at Battle Creek, but Michigan live in Ohio. I often eat at the Battle Creek Applebees. The manager Crystal is simply amazing, very friendly, she actually talks to you, not just through you. She listens to your concerns, she really seems to care about you as a person. The waitress Kristi is the perfect employee. She makes you feel like home, she makes you feel like you. She interacts with you, she makes you want to come back to more. These two people should be recognized for their impeccable custom service and general general care posture.

The staff here are great and are able to provide quality and timely service. The chefs work fast and well - and the servers are always on him when they tend to their customers' needs; let alone hostage has always someone attention 10/10

When we get to Applebee, we make sure that Kori serves us. He's the best server/bartender we've ever had. He makes every visit personally. He is fun and professional and remembers small details about our family.

Had a great culinary experience tonight. The host greeted us with a smile, greeted us and sat, then let us know their name if we needed something. I wish I could remember it! She was so nice. Our server, Austin, was very polite and attentive, but did not float. The food was great. All are full and happy! Shout to both and the line cooks tonight for a high-quality meal and excellent service. We really appreciated it!

By far one of our best experiences here. We stopped in after work for food and drinks. The bartender is amazing! She is so attentive and very friendly. Made us feel very welcomed. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
