We come back from three nights and a dinner in the field of wind. there's nothing to say about this hotel-restaurant meal was delicious and wanted. value for money very well. the hotel is quite correct and at the level of its three stars. the rooms are pretty and comfortable. garden view is fantastic, even in winter! The buffet breakfast is 5 stars. quality, choice of products, variety and especially the search for organic and local products a dream place to visit the country of the herb, cork, maastricht and Aix-la-Chapelle.

The staff (server and boss) does not take into account food allergies, despite several reminders! We also deplore a lack of sympathy for the damage of the boss. otherwise good value for money and a lot of choice for breakfast!
