What User likes about Swensen Ice Cream:
Very friendly and accommodating staff. The place connects to the pizza company, but the Swensen side itself is a bit small. Swensen in general is one of the best ice cream brands and the quality in this branch seems pretty consistent. I think this might be an American chain in Cambodia not a great start. On top of this, the service was not very consistent, and staff obviously didn't want to be there. The ice cream and pizza deal was incongruous with the setting. It's a pictures on the menu kind of place. View all feedback.
