Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

The food was subpar. I had high expectations due to the variety of options compared to Canes, but I was let down by the lackluster flavor and service.

The seasoned fries were delicious and the chicken tenders were fresh off the grill...Excellent, thank you!

This restaurant was once one of my go-to spots, but the service at this particular location has really declined. My order is consistently wrong, and I've had to step out of line and wait on my last three visits.

Only last week we ate at another place where the portions were larger and that was fresh. in this case, the chicken fingers were small and tasted as if the oil had not changed in one. the cups of the cole Slav were significantly smaller (about half the size) and the brot was missing from the half of the order. no sauce was offered or offered. at least the system was clean.

Very poor experiences as of late. Did online order, and they sent to wrong store. After repeated attempts to refund money, manager finally got on phone and said they couldn't do anything. Had to drive across town to get order and when I got there, was met with employee who didn't want to give me the food which was already cold since I had to drive so far to get. Every time I try to give Zaxby's another chance, they find more than one way to disappoint. I never give any place really bad reviews, but Zaxby's, dangit, y'all are horrible. What happened?
