The food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic. I would give this place a perfect 10/10. It's also wheelchair accessible, with ample parking spaces, wheelchair ramps, and designated disabled parking spots. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
We were the only ones in the restaurant and waited five minutes at the register, but not a single employee acknowledged us or made eye contact. The only ones who were assisted were those who were leaving. Eventually, we decided to leave as well. View all feedback.
Messed up our order. Fine no big deal. We polity asked for straws then they slammed the window in our face. Don't go here.
I enjoyed my food, but it was time and work to get it. It was Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm. The drive through line was extremely slow and several cars just left. They seemed to take one order only when the previous was fulfilled. I was asked to back up and come past the red pole again. The way the shoved 3 bags out the window at once caused one bag to fall in the puddle under my car door. It was fries and was quickly replaced. They did not get part of my order so I had to park , ring up a second order, and wait again. All shifts must not be this bad, or they could not stay in business.
Awesome baked potato with a good amount of cheese and bacon. I've been multiple times and Friday nights service and quality can be iffy. Otherwise a better than normal Wendy's. If you stay down Corporate Blvd and order delivery your food arrives hot and fresh, even the ?!
Service was FAST! However, my nuggets were old to the point of hardening. I pull back around to go through the drive-thru again and they replace the nuggets, which I appreciate. But, I get back to work pull my salad out of the bag to see a large piece of PLASTIC AT THE BOTTOM OF MY BOWL. This is unprofessional and unacceptable especially with this pandemic going on. This Wendy?s will never see me again and I will be making a call to corporate today.
Tried the baconator breakfast sandwich and honey butter chicken sandwich. Both were excellent. Also, the customer service was really great for it to be 7am. I was impressed.
