I had a good expierence eating here. The food was nicely prepared and fresh. The restaurant looks nice and clean. Everybody was freindly here and was doing a great job. I like how this location has the touch screen vending machine that can add flavors to drinks. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Wendy's:
Why do I keep coming to this Wendy's? I suppose it's simply because it's on my way home. However, I often find myself waiting far too long for even the simplest orders, whether I'm alone or with someone. Today, I was the second car in line at around 11:15, and yet I waited 20 minutes for my food. The last time I experienced such a long wait, the woman at the window asked if I was coming back, and I had to pull up to... View all feedback.
The service was unacceptable. Five staff members were just standing around without taking orders from the drive-thru or window, causing several cars to be left waiting. I tried to go inside, but the dining room door was locked. After a long wait, I finally received service, but there was no explanation or apology for the delay. Instead, I was met with eye rolls and unfriendly attitudes from the staff, including the manager. I won't be returning.
I had a disappointing experience at this Wendy's. First, the service was terrible; the woman taking our order was aggressive and rude. The burger patty was cold, and the chicken nuggets were hard and cold after the first bite—I couldn't even eat them. The frosty was decent, but the ice was overly melted. Overall, the food just wasn't up to par, and it seemed like it wasn't even prepared properly. The only thing that was acceptable was that we didn't order any salt. With such poor customer service and food quality, I will not be returning to this Wendy's.
They didn't have them and I decided to wait. what I didn't expect, waits for 25 min and 7 cars to come with their food. to give it up to my waiting, not apologise. that is the exact reason why I never go to wendy’s
Went through the drive thru to get one single large frosty. No other cars in line, took them damn near 20 mins to take my order. Finally took my order and then they half way filled the LARGE cup with frosty. This place is unbelievable. Unprofessional and rude as all get out. Will definitely be calling Wendy’s corporate and letting them know how this location operates. Definitely needs new management.
They had no salt and no napkins. I ordered a baked potato and seriously, how do you eat a potato without your salt, butter and sour cream. Thankfully I had some packets of salt in my car so I had to go out and get them and come back in to eat. Then I found out we had no napkins. I would have gone back to my car for some but I carry Kleenex so that worked. I just don't understand no napkins or salt!!
