Waffle House - Baton Rouge

I had a concerning experience with customer service at Waffle House. The staff seemed to lack a positive attitude, almost as if they resented having to serve customers who were paying for their meals. I discussed the issues with management, and although they offered me a complimentary star breakfast, they never took my name down. As a result, I ended up still paying for it. I cannot recommend dining here.

I waited 30 minutes for my order to be taken, and after placing it, I ended up waiting an hour without receiving my food.

My experience was pretty disappointing. I went to a job interview for a management position that advertised a higher salary, but when I arrived, they offered me $10,000 less than what was listed in the ad. Because of that, I decided to turn down the job!

Waffle House at 18159 Highland employees has EXCELLENT customer service! Everyone was constantly asked if everything is okay, or do you need anything? Staff will welcome you as soon as you enter. The orders are fast and correct. At this point I felt so appreciated and appreciated as a customer! And of course the food was hot, fresh and delicious!!!!

The cook did a great job making my meal. The waitress was very good. All she wanted to do was run her mouth. I don't think she ever took time to take a breath.
