Never have I ever experienced a subway with workers who make me feel like I'm family when I'm there. They are just so kind every time I go here. Managers please keep onto these workers as long as they like working here. View all feedback.
What Beau Oberbrunner doesn't like about Subway Restaurant #10124:
The Subway on State Street has a sign stating masks are required. But, both of the ladies working there were not wearing masks. One was placing bread in the oven. The other started my order. I asked if they had to wear masks. The one preparing my food smiled and said, Not really, no. I responded so it 's okay to talk over our food. She said, I 'm not talking over anyone 's food , while standing over the next customer... View all feedback.
Great service and care for the quality of food served. The Miss seems the manager is doing a great job. Nowadays hard to find!

The sandwich was great it was fixed just the way I wanted and it was fresh but one of the lady's here have a bad attitude she seemed like she was aggravated when she couldn't hear me I have a soft voice so sometimes I have to speak up for people to hear me but that doesn't mean have an attitude with customers
I have worked in the food service industry, therefore I know the in’s and out’s and how easily bad days can happen. However, the service I received tonight was near embarrassing. I walked in my boyfriend to two women in the store. One was going on break, the other restocking bread. We were not acknowledged until she was done, to which she then asked “what kind of bread?”. As we were in line, she was short with us and seemed aggravated in helping us. Another young man walked in behind us. He asked for American cheese after she almost mistakenly put his sandwich in the toaster without it she may have misheard him, but regardless, she put pepper jack. She toasted our sandwich for less than 10 seconds, the cheese hadn’t even melted. She was still short with us, did not communicate with us or express in anyway another attitude except aggravation. Again, I’ve been in her shoes before, but you don’t act that way to customers in a customer service position. I was there earlier this week and the woman helping me was wonderful. I know it’s not the restaurant or management itself, the wrong person was just scheduled at the wrong time but it needs to be addressed but it’s ridiculous to have someone representing a company like that.
Just awful. There is only one or two workers there that are reasonable employees. I have been there multiple times just to see if anyone better worked there but I was sadly mistaken. When I was ordering my sandwich the two employees working there were talking and basically ignoring me while throwing the ingredients onto my sandwich in a undesirable fashion. Once my girlfriend began to order the worker asked her what kind of bread she wanted and at first she did not hear him so he asked more aggressively and with a condescending attitude as if we had no business being there and it was a complete inconvenience on him. Normally I am a very nice and understanding person and will go out of my way to defend someone if I believe that they are being chastised for having an off day. However, this place and its workers are awful and I now go out of my way to a different subway if I am craving it. This is just a classic case of a worker not knowing how to take pride in his or her work regardless of there drive to perform. If I had to relay a message to the workers there it would be that if you do not wish to work their or you despise working there, do not take it out on customers. Just get a different job. That simple.
