Excellent customer service and probably the best in Baton Rouge!!! Staff is great and place is very clean

An employee named Gen gave 2 homeless and broken people food if he didn't have to.... there is still kindness in this world

The couple that operate this restaurant are absolutely wonderful .... they are always so friendly .... the food is always prepared correctly the restaurant is always clean and the food is very fresh!! This is my favorite lunch spot!!

Good lord I'm gonna keep this short so I don't over do it. I ordered through the app to receive the $8 footlong deal. The lady told me that I had to order through the mobile app to receive the deal which was kind of weird, but cool I get it. Come to find out I ordered at the wrong Subway on Airline. So I went to the correct Subway in my sandwich was already made. I asked the lady if she can add a few things to it since I wasn't here to tell her what I wanted. She showed attitude and was a bit skeptical to do so, and by this point, I'm getting frustrated because an hour of time has passed and I still have not gotten my sandwich. The location was easy to fine and pretty clean but the lady was back there on the phone not attending to customers. This only pissed me off because I had called four times before heading to this location. She barely wanted to put anything else on my sandwich and threw all the onions and lettuce on one side , the sandwich was very lukewarm and she did not want to reheat it for me which was my final straw. I took my sandwich and told her I'd contact management and that's when she acted like she couldn't speak English anymore after doing so for 5+ minutes. I like subway but I will definitely not be back at this location.
