We enjoyed the Kalbmargarita's before we go to the Ron White Stand-up show, the restaurant is very nice, the atmosphere is a little stuffy, and the food is AWESOME... View all feedback.
My wife and I love Palermo. She says they make the best calfspiccata in the city that is their favorite Italian dish. We loved every food we had there.
For a beautiful and elegant Italian dinner in a busy part of the city, this place is it. Looks like an impressive restaurant from the outside, but it is white laundry service. The lighting and music set the perfect mood for a beautiful culinary experience. The bread is different than any bread, and I had a great bread. We had Snapper and Kalb, both were excellent. Wait staff, well dressed and very attentive. Menu is expensive, but we were not disappointed. This place is as good as Ruffinos, but without the crowd. A definitive attempt for anyone looking for great Italian food.
Hands down one of my favorite Italian restaurants in Baton Rouge. Service, food and drinks are always exceptional. I had no bad experience here. Make sure to make a reservation as it is a smaller restaurant.
Stand in Italian in a sea of poses. Must be: the paninis, the fetters, the CHEESECAKE. Get a piece of Carnegie cheesecake. Treat yourself. The aesthetic is sweet, but elegant. Open dining room with a wooden bar in privacy. Our waiter was cold and beautiful. Nothing to love in this place. Edit: Actually, the Cannolis are the only thing I didn't like. Ways they could be better: Craspier crust, adding dark chocolate shredder to sauce to make it gritty, get rid of what rum or liqueur in it there is not taste good
The food was amazing everything was so fresh and prepared beautiful. Service was was attentive and very nice. We will definitely be going back.
