Mcdonald's - Baton Rouge

I wish I could have 0 stars. I'm never back. I still shot them today, but they couldn't get my simple order right on the ride, so I repeated it before I paid and waited for 5 minutes to try to get it right and they couldn't even repeat it right to me. Two employees also came to a fist fight in the parking lot. My little kids saw this and saw the employees go back to the back door. The rest of the staff just looked. Some laughed. I told the lady on the ride to forget her. Terrible customer service and unacceptable behaviour. Never again.

Went to get a Happy Meal around 5pm, Sunday, March 3, 2019. The service was slow and terrible. There were more than enough people to handle it but only one young lady seemed to be working and she wasn't that helpful. There was no sense of urgency, friendliness or professionalism. We watched a young man in the back text and scroll on his phone when he was supposed to put together orders. This type of service is why profits continue to take a slide. Training, effective management and a living wage would help this.

Awful experience with a rude employee who ignored errors in pricing. Requested to speak with the manager but they never appeared. Issue was eventually resolved after a lengthy and frustrating discussion with staff. Extremely disappointed. A year later and the service continues to be terrible.

I always enjoy McDonald's. It's a great place to stop by anytime.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. There was a major mistake in my sandwich, and the managers had a very bad attitude. They accused me of lying when I told them about the issue and even threatened to call the police on me. They refused to refund my money. I ended up getting sick that day and had to rush to the hospital. The doctors confirmed that I had food poisoning. I advise against eating at this establishment, as my experience was very unpleasant.
