Simply put. .... bring your appetite and stretchy pants! The burgers are very tasty. The Hausburgers have a gourmet flair, but if this is not your thing, they have to build their own Burger area and it includes a floating 3/4 pound option! In order to pack everything, the service was super excellent culinary experience!
Lives busy Saturday morning brunch. The place bounced and our waitress worked hard for our party of 12 and their other customers. Crabcake Benedict was ordered by some of us and delicious! The **** Mary met at the award-winning hype and fetches my voice. Relaxed atmosphere in the home town. Look at it.
Perfect example of how much Google reviews help consumers. I was looking for a place that had groundless mimoses for lunch. Although Mason comes in a search as a place with groundless mimoses, it is no longer an option. The bottle of champagne was $15 and we could get the juice of our choice. Prices are reasonable and food proportions are sufficient. Service is pretty fast thinking it?s brunch time. Oh yes, it's loud in the bar area? Maybe too loud for some and for others like me just good mood and great atmosphere! The best onion rings I've ever eaten!! Three of us had chickens and waffles, except I replaced my waffle for a pancake. The food was absolutely delicious and seasoned to perfection. Don't bland and not too salty. Someone else at our party had fried catfish and shrimps with whom they were satisfied. For appetizers we also had the artichoke dip that was a bit thick, but it was still very delicious and the Buffalo wings were also great. No complaints about any food. The place is really alive and the staff is very courteous and attentive. We gave our waitress Shelli a $40 top $166 bill. She could say she was overwhelmed and tired, but she gave us her undivided attention and was extremely helpful in our choices. The menu is extensive and the first time to be there, everything looked good. We had no idea what we wanted, so she really was a great help with us to narrow our decisions. My next venture will be for Taco Tuesday. When we drove, the parking lot was crowded, but the people came and went, so we found a place easy. I'm not sure, but there can be extra parking on the back.
Off the beating path in Baton Rouge, wonderful selection of quite everything you want. Cajun usually turns, but mostly burgers. I had the Cajun Garnelenburger, strange with shrimps on a burger, but it was a beautiful taste. Burger was delicious.
Great brunch experience. The chicken and waffles was good. The pancakes yessss. And the fried catfish and loaded grits are amazing. We had a few appetizers and they were even good-onion rings, spinach dip, and the Buffalo wings(which we ordered some to-go as well. And the highlight for me was the $15 bottle of champagne and it comes with your free choice of juice. I will definitely visit here again.
