What Deborah M doesn't like about Francois Cafe And Grill:
I visited this restaurant a few weeks ago and had a terrible experience. When I used the ladies' room, I found a man standing inside. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I informed the bouncer, who did not take any action to help me. The man denied being in the bathroom and even confronted me. The bouncer did not intervene or resolve the situation. Eventually, I was told there was nothing they could do for me, so I had t... View all feedback.
Great place to watch a band, dance to DJ music, and drink! Staff is amazing! Every time I've come it's been easy to get a drink. Week days are nice and chill to come have a drink and weekends are a party! There's always a band or DJ Friday and Saturday. The street tacos on Taco Tuesday are delicious.
HAVE TO SAY ME AND MY WIFE HAD A GREAT NIGHT!!! The staff was great and inviting! Had a great guy playing live music! We would definitely be back anytime we visit Baton Rouge!
I heard the Cadillac had been bought out from the previous owners so I will once again venture over to see how it is. I was a regular at the Cadillac for 6 7 years. It used to my 'go to ' place when nothing else big was happening. I was probably one of their best customers. I was there at least 3 nights per week. I would go be there at least 2 of 3 nights on Thursday Saturday every week. As a rule I was well behaved. Only twice in those years was I ever involved in what you might call a confrontation both times it involved DRUNK women. In both cases I was SOBER. The first time a drunk woman dog cussed me [even though she was not part of the conversation] because I said American women were spoiled. The owner, 'Old Anthony ' berated me for this even though he did not hear what was said. The second time [and the last time I was there] another drunk women said I sexually propositioned her, which was not true. Again, 'Old Anthony ' berated me for this. So I immediately left even though I had not been there for more than 15 minutes. I left my beer and hamburger sitting on the bar and I did not return. I 'm going tonight to see how the new owners behave. Hopefully, I will become a regular again because I did like the people [except for owners] and the music.
Great Bar with Live Music and friendly bartenders. Happy Hour every day from 5~9pm, Monday~Friday. They offer bar food ... burgers, chicken tenders, poppers, etc... and kitchen is open until midnight!!
Cannot believe there is no reviews for the Caddy....actually yes, I can. This is Baton Rouge's late-night-no-where-else-to-go-need-some-strange-get-wasted-looking-for-cougars-crazy-I-don't-want-to-remember-anything place. It's a staple in Baton Rouge that everyone should go at least once. The crowd is usually 35+ but you will have a few groups of younger folk that hear about it and come for the spectacle which is quite funny. There are a ton of patrons here and it's the place where the divorcees congregate. Regardless of the crowd, the caddy is a place anyone can fun and enjoy themselves any night. Doesn't get popping until 11-12 and there is a $5 cover after 8pm I believe. I saw that they open at other times during the day but I've never heard of anyone going there other than after 10pm.
