El Paso Mexican Grill - Baton Rouge

Love this place! Our go to delivery pick but this time we went in person. I definitely ordered the wrong thing, but I won't fault the restaurant for that. Overall a great meal and a HUGE drink!

I had an amazing dining experience! The salsa was perfectly flavorful, and everything complemented each other beautifully. The beans were also well-seasoned. I didn’t order any guacamole, but the table next to me did, and it was impressive to see them prepare it fresh right there. I ordered the Tex-Mex fajitas and a chile relleno, and I customized the chile relleno to suit my taste by opting for cheese sauce instead of the red sauce. Everything was delicious, and the staff was very attentive. I will definitely be returning!

Down here for work. I looked up Mexican restaurants and found this. Nice atmosphere, friendly service, and great food! The server went to the back to see if they had horchata today and they did! So nice of here. I will be coming here more during mystay.

The servers were extremely attentive, and the drinks were quite strong. I ordered a medium-sized mango margarita, which lasted me throughout my entire meal—I can't even imagine how large the large one must be! The fried whole fish was absolutely cooked to perfection. The only downside was that the chimichanga was smaller than what I've had at other places, and it didn’t have much queso on it, which was a disappointment because the queso is delicious. I also discovered that I could add ground beef to my queso order!

My wife frequently visits this restaurant for lunch with her friends, and after trying it for the first time recently, I completely understand why! The interior is spotless, and the staff is friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The food is outstanding, with a wide variety of options on their extensive menu. I also had an amazing margarita! I wholeheartedly recommend this place and will definitely be returning myself soon!
