I?ve been coming here occasionally since they opened, maybe four or five years ago. Consistently the service takes 30 to 45 minutes to get a Burger. The food is great the service is subpar, every single time. I Keep on hoping the service will improve but it does not. Understaffed and thus the experience suffers. View all feedback.
We came in on a Tuesday yeaterday for their 2 for 1 burger special. The burgers were great! Nice and juicy with their sauce. The servers are accommodating. Although the food took an hour to come out. But they were kinda swamped. But all in all, we'll come back. Shout out to our waiter Taylor, he was on point!
Fantastic service. Their root beer selection for their float is awesome. The burgers were cooked to perfection!
This location used to be a common meeting spot for my friends and I but this time the service was just not the best. My burger wasn't cooked correctly but it was still fine because I'm not that picky. My friend's burger was worse and hencouldnt even finish it. Everything else was fine but it's hard to give more than 3 stars to a burger place that can't consistently cook its burgers correctly. Maybe it was just a bad day.

A simple hello goes along way. Even though the burgers are Awsome, the service at this particular one is HORRIBLE (If you're the wrong complexion I suppose) don't think they were understaffed because they weren't that busy. Its not at all cool Being the only person at bar getting passed up 3-4 times having to speak up for my menu. I felt extremely looked over and advise anyone of Ethnicity not to do business with this location.
