Waitress was great. Got everything right, kept us updated on food and drinks, and just gave us a great experience. My dads birthday lunch was perfect.
I usually enjoy dining at BJ's, but on my most recent visit, the service was quite disappointing. Despite arriving before three other tables, including one with more people than us, we were the last to receive our food. My sirloin steak was overcooked and dry, and it took over an hour for it to be served. Even our appetizer was delayed, as other tables received theirs before us. It was supposed to be free pazookie night, which I was looking forward to, but we ended up receiving the wrong flavor with the wrong ice cream. Rather than send it back and wait longer, we decided to just eat it and leave after being there for 2 hours.
The food at this restaurant is delicious and the prices are very reasonable.
