That was our first time we tried Fufu with Egusi soup. We looked at the restaurant and made an order. When we arrived, we waited less than 10 minutes. The owner was nice and informative about what we ordered. The meal was delicious and we definitely go back.

So good! my mom and i got their beef egusi soup and fufu, tasted AMAZING. don’t let the reviews scare you as long as you call and order ahead you’ll be fine. the lady is a little rough around the edges but she’s not rude or anything like that what other people are saying. as long as you call ahead and wait for your text you’ll have a good experience. we were coming from about thirty minutes away so i called when we left and as soon as we pulled in i got the text our food was ready so it was timed perfectly. paid 30 dollars, fifteen each.

First experience: update at the bottom from the second visit I got the Egusi it was my first African cuisine experience. I was hoping for a more flavorful dish and expected a little more spice and the meat to be super tender. If those things were so I could give it 5 stars. Needs more flavor for me. Not bad but just wasn't what I was expecting. Fufu is nice reminds me of mashed potatoes. I will give it another try. Update: on yesterday I stopped by and had the peanut soup with beef and fufu it was good. I got it extra spicy. I would like a little more flavor but overall it was good and very hot. They can also put utensils in the bag as it was hard for me to eat my food. The food does not make you feel stuffed, yet very unique taste. I love trying different cultural dishes and appreciate their dedication to preparing quality dishes.

Everything here is absolutely delicious!! I didn't think there was a Nigerian restaurant here but I'm glad this one is. The owner is always warm and welcoming

Our order was ready in only about 15 minutes, the pepper soup was delicious and the chicken was tender, everything was seasoned so well! Will definitely be back.
