In the past, we have encountered terrible customer service at other Red Rooster locations, including a failure to follow head office instructions. However, this particular location was exceptional. I cannot praise them highly enough.

I appreciate the fact that they prepare your order fresh after you place it, and the food is always delicious. They are also willing to accommodate any special requests, which makes the meal even more enjoyable. Thank you, Red Rooster. When can we expect to see a store in Mudgee?

I wish we could get our money back because we couldn't eat. what was served us because it was so terrible.
