When we got to the... read more My friend and I decided to stop at the drive-thru at this restaurant because it always looks busy, which made us think the food must be good. When we got to the service window, we were greeted by a charming person who took our order. Despite being both over 60 years old, we were both charmed by this individual. We ordered the large tenderstrips meal, but when we opened the box at the nearby park, we found that the food was half cold and not at all what we had ordered. There were no napkins provided either. We joked that maybe the restaurant should rebrand to KFF, with "F" standing for foul food. We decided to drive an extra 100 meters down the road to Red Rooster instead. This review is not sponsored, just an honest account of our disappointing experience.

I purchased the Dinner Pack, which included 10 pieces of chicken and 2 large chips, along with 2 other takeaway packs from the drive-through. When we got home, we found that the chicken was lukewarm and seemed partially boiled, making it tough and tasteless. The chips were limp, lacking salt, and not fresh, as they were also cold. For the price of around $34.00, I expected a much better meal. I will not be returning as I believe I can create a much tastier and fresher meal at home for a fraction of the cost. KFC Bathurst needs to improve their food quality and standards.

The chips tasted like cardboard and had no salt. Havent had KFC in 15 years and wont...be having it again. Its doesnt even taste the same as it did years ago.

I asked for for a 3 piece feed no legs but when order was delivered there was a drumstick there so had to...take it and get it changed. Food was very fresh and well presented but the chickens must be very small as the pieces are getting smaller. Considering how busy store was it was clean and tidy. Service was very good though.
