I would like to commend the young lady who managed the restaurant on Friday for handling a difficult and rude customer with professionalism. Dealing with disrespectful individuals on a busy public holiday can be challenging, but she remained composed and handled the situation well. What User doesn't like about Hungry Jacks:
Ok where do i start, first thing i see is a major safety hazzard where a drink has been spilled in the middle of the floor and i was there for 30 mins and it wasnt cleaned up...the service was extremely slow and the manager had no customer skills, said next to nothing...no hi or anything....made me feel uncomfortable....and had to wait 20 minutes for my burgers to be cooked. Service with a smile does a lot for repeat business.....
I had the bacon & egg McCmuffin and it was fabulous. Leaves the maccas one for dead. Used the drive thru and had good polite service.
I went here for an early morning coffee on my drive to Dubbo as it was open early in the morning - a bit too hot
I used a coupon they deliver in the mail for 2 X-TRA Long Classic Chicken rolls and 2 small chips for $7.95, pretty good value and it tasted pretty good.
Super Summer Slam is a good deal. The usual Hungry Jacks, I used the drive thru. They have a playground for the kids and the girls were friendly enough.
