She promised to rush a new one,... read more After waiting for about 45 minutes, we were informed by the waitress that our appetizer was mistakenly served to another table. She promised to rush a new one, but there were further delays as she mentioned that the initial order was not sent to the kitchen. Eventually, we received our appetizer, but the main course took so long that we had to eat quickly to make our other plans on time. We were disappointed with the service, and while we are unsure whether to blame the waitress or the restaurant's system, we decided to leave a tip of only 5% instead of our usual 15%. The waitress seemed offended by this gesture. As for the food, my chicken skillet had more BBQ sauce than chicken, with only four small slices of chicken and various vegetables. If this is the level of service offered to all customers, I doubt this restaurant will survive for long. It is even more disappointing as they are located in a region that heavily relies on tourism. We have decided not to return to this establishment the next time we are in the area, as our experience was unacceptable. The management of this restaurant needs to seriously review their operational procedures.

We entered an empty restaurant and waited 45 minutes for our order to even start arriving. Our food came out at 5-minute intervals, except for the last two entrees (donairs) which were served cold. After sending them back, it took almost 15 minutes to receive replacements, which were disappointingly mediocre. The donairs had only two slices of meat, excessive sauce, and were almost too hot to eat. The server seemed confused by our dissatisfaction. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and we will not be returning. We recommend finding another place to eat. The kitchen staff deserves a boo and a hiss for unacceptable delays. There was no excuse for such poor service, despite my inquiry about takeout orders causing delays. It seems to be just consistently bad service at this restaurant.

The staff were too busy chatting with a coworker who was on a break. Our waitress was rude and it took 10 minutes to get water. The restaurant only had about three tables of four occupied.
