What Katia Aube dislikes about Kfc:
I’m really disappointed. I waited for 40 minutes, and they didn’t even want to cook anything. What are they doing there? They clearly can’t serve anyone properly. They smiled, but that doesn’t matter when the service is this poor. You’re likely to lose customers because of it. I ended up having to go somewhere else, so honestly, your team needs improvement.
