We thouroughly enjoyed all our seafood choices at Joey's! My wife had the "shrimp gratinée" and the mussels and I had the clams! The service was very friendly. Olivia was very attentive and her attention to detail was very noticeable. The only downfall was the that the place was difficult to spot due to its signage. or lack of it. What User doesn't like about Joey`s Pub & Eatery:
In town for one night and saw great reviews for Joey's. However the scallop and shrimp plate I ordered came with 5 shrimp and 1 scallop and little pieces of a second scallop. Unacceptable. I showed the waitress and she agreed and got more scallops. My wife ordered the seafood chowder which was advertised having haddock, lobster, scallops, and shrimp. Friday night, packed in Bathurst. Why would any bar be understaffed? Waitress didn't know the beer selections, she had to go back to bartender and ask like 4 times to tell us the selection. Otherwise food is good.

I’ve been to Joey’s several times and I’ve never been disappointed! The food the service are fabulous. Shout out to the waitress Cheryl, who is an absolute pleasure. She really knows the menu and will gladly help you decide if you’re not sure. Her upbeat and bubbly personality is very welcoming, and even kind of entertaining!Parking: There is limited parking in front of the restaurant so it is common to have to park across the street.
Came with a group of about 12. Took a while to get our food but server and owner were apologetic for the wait, as they were short-staffed and it was an unusually busy night. Our server was great, very friendly. Food was excellent. Great atmosphere with a cool but not intimidating vibe. If I'm ever back in the area, I would visit again.
