Ordered a small regular poutine to take home and when I opened it I was surprised on how little it was for an almost $9 poutine. Sad because it tasted really good but the lack of product does not equal to the price. Like what the heck. Very disappointed. Don’t think I can bring myself to go back again. Too expensive. Geez.

Well even if door dash takes the complaints its not their responsability to make the order right its the restaurants responsibily to make the order like the customer orderred and not have to wait another hour for the another one. I would be ashamed of charging so much money for food and not do what the customer orderred. STOP BLAMING OTHERS FOR YOUR MISTAKES AND THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENDS. I THINK ITS TIME THAT DIXIE LEE IN BATHURST TAKES RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES AND START TAKEN AND MAKING THEIR ORDERS RIGHT, BEFORE YOU LOOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS, DONT FORGET THAT ITS BECAUSE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT YOU CAN RUN A BUSINESS WITH NO CUSTOMERS THERE IS NO BUSINESS.

On a positive note... read more The food was decent, but the clams seemed like they were cooked with the fries and ended up all mixed together. The fish was nothing special. On a positive note, the wings and chicken were quite good. However, I don’t think it was worth the $120 (around $160 with the tip). I won’t be ordering from there again.

The fish was ra... read more UPDATE: The fish served here is NOT haddock as described. According to the chef, they are serving cheap “paddock” instead. This is unacceptable! The fish was raw. Even after we complained, the replacement order was still undercooked. The woman at the front of house, who was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service, immediately refunded our meal. She even offered to refund the entire order, but since the fries and drinks were good, we decided to pay for those.
