We then decided... read more When visiting this hotel with my friend, we struggled with trying to keep our room warm, the heater was loud and going off and all on all night. We then decided to get room service, we couldn't get the phone to work so I called on my cell.. I never been to a hotel where I had to go pick up my own food from the restaurant and bring it upstairs to our room, we were also missing stuff from our dinner, and both meals were not good at all.. when leaving for check out in the morning the halls were full of trays and food left over from the night before. We got no information for breakfast in... read more Stayed here with a friend last minute reservation . I live here and love to support local but our stay was not the best . We got no information for breakfast in the morning , got room service for supper but had to go downstairs and go pick it up ourselves .Room was so outdated and our heater went from hot and cold all night and was extremely loud .I feel like small upgrades makes a difference. We put our trays with our leftover room outside the door when we finished eating when we went to go checkout our tray was still there and along with other peoples garbage all along the hallway .
