Was Henriette Schwarz at The Globe a mag?
We had a fantastic meal here on Sunday. There’s a big car park and the place is easy to get to. Service was very good and efficient. The menu had a good range of options at reasonable prices. The food was excellent too, particularly the chocolate brownie! View all feedback.

Specified a particular table. Some body else already there. Was a special night so was left thoroughly disappointed.
Just had a lovely Sunday roast with colleagues. Well what can I say, nothing was to fault. We were greeted warmly and treated very well, despite the pub being so visibly busy. We had an issue with our booking and staff helped us out immensely. The roast were delicious, we had trio of roast and the veggie option. Great portion sizes, hot and seasoned well. They came relatively quick considering how busy it was. Our puddings were equally as good! All the staff we had contact with were helpful and friendly. Thank you for a lovely Sunday!

The lady manager apologised for the state of the food
Had a lovely group dinner and food was nice. Was served by a friendly and attentive lady called Sophia. Generally a good experience.
We had been many time before and always had great service food. Unfortunately not this Sunday. Family celebration so booked for lunch. They were very busy, our starters arrived before our drinks. They were just warm. We then waited nearly an hour for our main course. Few roasts, one burger one fish chips. I don’t mind waiting at all if busy worth the wait. It wasn’t. Meals barely warm, broccoli cold almost raw. I’m not sure if the roast potato was raw or had been cooked to long. Burger meal missing the onion ring. Even the fish chips were not very warm. We did complain, manager apologetic reduced our bill. They obviously have staff issues so please reduce your booking numbers. Family celebrate ruined will not return.
The restaurant offers a variety of options at reasonable prices and the food is excellent, particularly the chocolate brownie. They have improved their menu to include a large vegan selection, with delicious dishes and friendly service. Customers have enjoyed the steak and Sunday roast, with generous portions and attentive service. Despite some issues with timing and missing items in meals, the staff have been apologetic and accommodating. Overall, the restaurant provides a cozy and friendly atmosphere, making it a great dining option for many.

Maybe I'm polishing up The Globe in my mind but of my whole trip in England, this pub was my favoritewe arrived a bit late and had a rocky start to get a
This pub is located just off the roundabout next to Newton St Loe, on the outskirts of Bath proper as you head towards Bristol.
When I went to this pub over a year ago, they literally had nothing on the menu for vegans, but would adapt a dish when asked. now they have a large vegan menu that is eating delicious and the service friendly and helpful.
Arrived without booking but staff were very welcoming and helpful. Beer was very good and we were spoilt for choice with the menu. The house burger and lasagna were both very good. Service was quick and very good.

This pub is located near the roundabout near Newton St Loe, just outside of Bath on the way to Bristol. I have been a regular visitor to Bath Spa...
The restaurant is very popular and always busy. It's not surprising, as they have mastered the art of serving traditional pub food. The food is decent and reasonably priced. Overall, a good experience.

The restaurant offers three vegan entrees and a couple of vegan dessert choices. The menu includes a curry, what should have been a Mediterranean veggie pasta in tomato sauce, and a vegan burger. The main dishes were delicious, with a crispy and hard crumble topping. My partner particularly enjoyed the tart dessert.
I visited this pub for the first time over a year ago and at that time, they had very few options for vegans on the menu. However, they were willing to modify a dish upon request. I recently returned and was pleased to see that they now have a extensive vegan menu. The food was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
