We phoned up The restaurant to query the order, due to the difference in the language barrier the conversation got heated, the gentleman in question kept talking over me and generally quiet obnoxious, we generally don’t have any issues with them but when you do it’s sloped shouldered.

When trying to communicate website issues to their phone girl, she tried to talk down and belittle us and tried to insinuate we were too basic to use their dodgy website. She clearly doesn 't know about customer service and even tried to argue with us when we were trying to add more to our order, as if our custom was below her... on the phone... guessing she isn 't the owner. Disgustingly rude. Demanded a refund immediately. We used to order from them regularly out of ease but the disgusting woman on the phone with no customer support skills who should quite frankly be fired means that the 6 neighbours over will no longer use MegaBites and we will translate this to everyone in our area when asked Wheres good for pizza the owners need to rethink her position because if the service is that disgusting, what does it reflect on the food? And I work in PR, I know what I 'm talking about. Bye Sharing!

I’ve ordered for delivery a from these guys a couple of times before and instead of a wrap was given a box of loose, lukewarm meat. So that’s why only 3 stars. HOWEVER! Tonight I decided to take one last punt on their food because I really wanted shawarma, so I decided to walk to the store and get it myself. Made my order and was told cash only so I walked to the nearby Morrison’s and got the cash. When I got back he couldn’t give exact change so gave me a pound off, saying he’d add it to my next order (which is fair enough), and immediately packed and handed me my food in a flash. And this time not one was it an actual WRAP, but it was hot, and tasted like all of my taste buds were climaxing simultaneously. Next time I’m just going to tell them to keep the change, it was that good. But yes, a word of caution TAKEAWAY NOT DELIVERY!

Searched this place and it is very mixed reviews. we went from the bath center pleasant evening walk on a Sunday, as arrived in the city, not knowing the opposi... read more Searched this place and it is very mixed reviews. we went from the bath center pleasant evening walk on a Sunday, as arrived in the city, not knowing the opposite or their restaurants. we are both carnivores and many restaurants do not know how...for our needs so searched for a kebab place on the takeaway. it was also not disappointed after waiting for a few minutes, as both the doner and the lamb was freshly cooked. they are very tasty and absolutely no sodburn or darm probleme so big result round. chap, which served us very friendly and welcoming.

CONGRATULATIONS He then tried to have a go at me saying that I should of come to his car to get it rather than him bringing it to me...? Delivery driver ? Food still all warm and was not to bad

I placed my order at am after a few drinks (drunken kebab cravings) and was told it was hour wait which I was fine with but after an...hour and still no sign of the food. At am I proceeded to ring up and check, the man on the phone read back my order to me and assured me it was on its way out to me...Despite having given up, I stayed up until worried that the delivery driver would knock...they didn’t. I never did received my order.
