The beef in black bean w... read more I'm not really sure how this has won awards. The Food was incredibly greasy and to be honest I've had far better Thai dishes elsewhere. The beef in black bean was OK. It was described by my partner as take away standard. My dad's dish...the same. I ordered the Pad Thai and it was horrific. It smelt odd and had a taste of garbage. At first I thought the chicken was off but took a bite and it tasted metallic like it had been boiled then reheated in a microwave. It definitely wasn't fresh. The rest of the party tasted some and said it was awful and advised me not to eat it. When I told the waitress she listened politely but that was it. When the bill came in at far too expensive for the quality of the food) I had to ask her why my dish wasn't taken off. It was embarrassing and awkward. Wouldn't return and wouldn't recommend.

The food was delicious, freshly cooked, and served hot. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and professional.
