This restaurant in Bath not only serves the most delicious breakfast, but it's also the best value. I had the English breakfast with hash browns for only £3. The tea was an extra £1, and they even offered free refills. I would give it 5 stars, but unfortunately, they are only open on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 2pm. View all feedback.
This restaurant is a delightful find. The food is tasty and reasonably priced, particularly the breakfast choices and variety of desserts. The chef is a pleasure to interact with, spreading infectious laughter that captures the spirit of Rose Cottage. Rumor has it that a ghost also calls this place home, though I didn't have the chance to meet them during my visit.

Rose Cottage is a fantastic cafe in the community, run by wonderful volunteers and led by the friendly and charismatic Nathan. When we ordered breakfast, Nathan not only brought it out with a big smile but also impressed us with his amazing dance routine. The rest of the kitchen staff joined in, singing a medley of songs from Joseph and the Technicolor Dreamcoat. It felt like being in a West End show. The hot chocolate was topped with so much cream it looked like a creamy volcano. As an added bonus, we're pretty sure we spotted Lewis Capaldi at a nearby table.
