Costa Coffee

I visited last end 2021, the staff was then super friendly and ready to help. they have always run there because it is location, they work their back out of their, but seem in the necks of customers I was appalled, many have a time almost spoken, they could not better if they complain, go home and make their own! they are very busy and try their hardest! amazing quality drinks here too, all I had was amazing! also the selection of foods was great, many choice! Alex is a legendary and super friendly, super fast on drinks and makes them a great quality! respect is high for this guy. regarding the decoration, I think it is very well designed to accommodate many sitting and comfortable sitting also, more beautiful place to socialize or study or chill, as for stallstraße it is a bit cramped and grim looking for me.

1. visit and was hot inside because the air conditioning has been bad for weeks. the temperature-adjusted portable air conditioning systems were recirculated only the air. not sure if they are operated correctly. bacon boccia full of fat.

Quite similar to any other costa. If you don't like such franchises, this will not change your mind. usual good choice of coffee and related drinks.

Great coffee and cake. a star turned off because the big waiting member of the team took her break and left a worker with a massive waiting queue of people alone.

I watched as the man making my drink in no rush to make anyone’s drinks put my milk to foam, left it and proceeded to make another’s drink, at this point I can hear my milk burning but I have no time as I have to go to work. I take the coffee barely being able to hold it, as you can see in the pictures after about 10-15 mins the cup has actually started to melt at the lid comes off as the cup is so warped at this stage, can barely drink it. Awful service, needs to be trained in how to heat milk properly, you don’t leave it!!! I’ve worked in cafes many times to know this is not how you serve.
