Nice place to go but the staffs attitude was awful. I was laughed at because I didn't see my caramel latte put behind me even though they didn't even call it out. I won't support cafe nero again. View all feedback.
This restaurant is charming and full of character. We ordered a decaf mocha, a cortado, and a banana nut bread that was heavenly with almond crumbles. Everything was delicious.
I recently visited this restaurant and was impressed by the relaxed atmosphere and friendly baristas. However, I had a minor issue with the baristas at Caffè Nero who couldn't remember if I wanted cream in my drink. Despite this, the hot chocolate was delicious as always. I also appreciate the convenience of being able to order and pay through their app. Looking forward to my next visit.
Been back again since. Any excuse ! Caramelatte topped with cream is delicious! Plus very friendly staff means we will be going back often. Dog friendly too.
Tips cup is not money for staff but is being taken by management
Just to echo previous sentiments The 2 guys running the shift on Friday towards the end of the day looked shattered… ‘12 hrs with no breaks’ was muttered as they ran about, clearly not happy. Pretty sure this is illegal? Surprised the coffee was as good as it was tbf… all things considered Come on Cafe Nero, support your staff
