My favorite place. They never disappoint. The food is very fairly priced and it is absolutely outstanding. Everything is homemade. I took a friend here and he was super impressed with the pulled pork sandwich. Well worth my 40 minute drive each way. View all feedback.

Great food and service ... everything we have tried in the past was delicious...you definitely need to give it a try
Been here multiple times and for a period of time it was one of our favorites in the Valley. There was a time when the Brisket Burnt Ends on Thursday nights was worth the 45 50 minute drive. As of late....not so much especially if you get the re heated variety on a Friday [if there are left overs]. Like every other restaurant, the prices have gone up significantly more so than you 'd expect. As recent as Jan 2025, my final bill was $150 that 's with no alcohol, 3 entrees (one of which was a glorified hamburger), 2 Burnt Ends platters, corn bread and a French Onion Soup. $150??? Really??? Maybe not 100% of their fault, but this seems way too much for what we ordered (definitely someone 's fault that I 'll leave out of this review); however, I 've learned something from a former server about this restaurant. This particular server waited on us multiple times and was OUTSTANDING!!! She 's no longer with the restaurant, but learned that younger wait staff came into the restaurant and kept pushing to pool their tips and divide equally among all the wait staff and the manager and/or owner finally caved. After learning this I will NEVER go here again!!! To Improve Service TIP!!!!! Get it? I want to tip MY WAITRESS based on how she serves ME!!!! Conversely each waitress should be motivated to take care of their particular customers instead on relying on other 's efforts to line their share of the tip jar. I 'm stunned that this establishment got pressured into this and rolled over. Way too much rolling over these days across our entire society. With this policy I could care less about all other aspects of this eatery.....the food, atmosphere, etc.. Bad move.
Definitely 5 star rating. Monica, our server, was courteous and attentive. The atmosphere was loud with multiple conversations at the many tables available. The menu is huge and so many tasty choices. I knew I wanted to save room for the flourless chocolate truffle cake so I had to choose wisely. The Dutch Cornbread with jalapeño butter and rosemary salt caught my eye under small bites. I had narrowed down my selection when the Guinness French Onion Soup caught my eye and I knew my choice was made. Completely satisfied I had to get desert to go.
If you didn't know what this place was, you'd miss it. I was recommended to this restaurant by a vendor. Went in with a buddy and ordered the smothered tots, which were a great app to share between the two of us. Very heavy on toppings, cooked perfect. He ordered the wings and said they were nice and fresh. He worked in a chicken shop for a few years and is a huge critic of his chicken, so to impress him was surprising. I had the cajun penne alfredo pasta, and it was top notch. We sat at the bar and were heavily taken care of without a hitch. The drinks were great, and it was a nice place to eat and drink after a day of work. So, long story short if you see this review, try this place out, it looks like a large white house on the corner, but once you get inside, you'll be very happy you stopped.
