The elderly man is dishonest; he inputs incorrect numbers into the calculator and then blames us for it. This happens frequently when we go to work. Last week, we ordered two pizzas that were $11 each, but he mistakenly entered them into the calculator instead of the register and charged us $28. It felt intentional and quite frustrating. This is a very friendly restaurant to dine at. The fries are fantastic, and everything is served hot!
The baked ziti was overcooked and served cold. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful when I called to express my concerns, which was disappointing. However, I do want to mention that the young girl behind the counter was very sweet and kind. Overall, I was let down by the service.
Really great pizza, swirling rings and an excellent team ask them every time everything is in order. Thank you. young
