It's Just Wings - Batesville

It's not a real wing place. It's a chilis restaurant. Yes, it has wings, but it's not a place that specializes in hot wings.

Dinner was great! Thankful for the bowl you added to the menu.

Took us 4 hours to get out because they couldn't get our tickets right. Never

Absolutely terrible service. Placed an order online. It says the food will be ready at 7:04 pull into a spot and put your number in. Pulled in at 7:00. After waiting 20 mins my husband finally went it and waited another 16 minutes to get our food. Got it to the truck and we had 0 out or 12 ranch that mind you you have to pay for individually. When I went in to get the condiments I waited another 25 minutes after telling 3 DIFFERENT people what I was waiting on we got it. TERRIBLE SERVICE. People from the hotels across the street come in town and try to simply get dinner and this is what happens. Wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYONE!! We spent over $100 on food and this is the service we received. NO THANK YOU!UPDATE: I have changed my review because they did refund us $25.00. I understand staffing may be an issue and I don't like to leave terrible reviews because it can hurt a business.Thank you for caring and trying to make this right! It truly does show that you do care about your business!

The food is always good, and you get plenty for the price. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is they often don't include the cup of ranch that they're supposed to include, it may not sound like a big deal-but Buffalo wings are way better with ranch (to me) and it's hard to find good ranch like theirs.
