Always love the food here! The bowls are my favorite.

EVERYONE do yourself a favor and don't get anything from this location. The food was cold, and the service was beyond terrible. We stopped for gas and decided to give this want to be Chipotle a chance, and we regret going inside. The gas station next door has better snacks and better service. I hope our cashier Ashley J wasn't the manager because she is the reason for this poor review. Ashley, if you don't like the serving industry, then get out of the restaurant business, you're not meant for it.

Will not be returning to Hotheads, any location. Went in for lunch today. Order nacho’s and requested for the chips on the side. The lady looked at me like I said a bad word. The gentleman came up and started my bowl. He would not listen to me when I said I wanted a half scoop of black beans. I got a heaping spoonful. When I make my way to the cash register they charged me for the chips on the side. The chips that should have came with my nachos. I will not do business with a company that is not for the consumer. I am already boycotting Burger King and KFC from poor service. What is one more restaurant to boycott in Batesville. Toros will be my Mexican restaurant to eat in Batesville.

I ordered a Southwest Ranch, well tried to. The lady who waited on me was very sweet but barely spoke English. The manager came to help and was very rude, kept asking if I wanted a Americano, I said no and told him what I wanted, I ended up with a Americano anyway, I won't go back.
