After big sleep in, home cooked breakie & day of shopping there was no need for lunch, but couldn't go past a coffee. If you've read my other posts you'll know that I try to be a one coffee a day person so it needs to be good & Coffee Club didn't disappoint. Hot, strong & not bitter...just the way I like it. Husband's latte was good too. Chocolate mud cake average - should have asked them to heat it a little. Would d... View all feedback.

I enjoy going to the coffee club as the meals are always very nice when presented and the coffee is great also. The young local chap that served us had a smile on his face almost the entire time and was very welcoming and he brings a breadth of fresh ambiance to the shop. Thank you for your good hospitality. I asked my son to get me a double shot with vanilla, but he brought me one of the worst coffees I've ever had. I have owned coffee shops for 25 years and can easily tell when a coffee is subpar. When I asked for a new one, the staff gave me attitude and treated me as if I didn't know anything about coffee. I watched as they only filled the double basket halfway and had to instruct them to fill it properly and extract 60ml. To my surprise, the staff claimed my son had ordered the same coffee the day before, even though I don't live in Bateman's Bay. The service was rude, unhelpful, and the coffee was terrible.
No service with a smile and the blt was dared. it came on a very crunchy, over roasted panini roll, with 2 slices tomato and the speck so crisp and old...obvily well cooked before ordering when the speck was too hard to eat. the salate was a soggy mix. the chips were only warm and not hot. my man had the crushed beef sandwich, which also came on a panini roll, like my meal with a little salate. his chips were only warm. this meal and 1 coffee and 1 small milkshake costs $53...not worth the money.
A beautiful place to the breakfast. service was super friendly and offers local knowledge to support our travels. the food was delicious and very good. would recommend to everyone to come here to breakfast.
It seems as though a Barista with curly hair has an attitude problem. seems as though thew whole world is on her shoulders. Makes the feeling of I don 't want to be there as I feel unwelcomed. Its a pity as I thought the coffee...club controls negativity amongst the staff members. over all the food was good and the coffee was OK. But when you feel that why are you here for , you just don 't want to be there again. You need to have this fixed Coffee Club.
Lovely lunch, great variety, good environment. The staff are very pleasant. Coffee is made correctly, and in winter it is lovely and cozy.
