We went in for icecream as we had on a previous visit to the bay and received friendly, warm service. Our twin boys were celebrating their 7th birthday, which they told the gentleman. His wife approached our table with 2 pieces of slice on a plate, both with candles and some sweets surrounding it. They sang happy birthday to the delight of the boys. Such wonderful service that will remain a wonderful memory. Great ic... View all feedback.

While sitting in this café having a coffee, I watched the owner cleaning a table after diners left and he took the plates into the street and scaped the leftovers onto the road. I was appalled. I will not go back there. but I do hope that they do not continue this behaviour View all feedback.
The family that owns this sweets and eats shop are very nice and funny. They have a wide selection of milk shakes, healthy smoothies and lunch options. All the food has a home made like feel to it and all the foods snacks have all natural ingredants. I had a pulled chicken sandwich that the lady had marinated for 4 hours so you can believe that it was one of the best sandwiches I ever had while traveling in Australia.
The staff was friendly but made several mistakes during our visit. We ordered two different items, but they were unable to make either. Instead, they gave us a breakfast wrap in a hot dog bun as they had run out of other options. Additionally, we ordered two coffees with our meal but had to remind them to bring them to us as they had forgotten. While waiting for our drinks, we witnessed them make an error with someone else's pancake order. We may consider giving them another chance in the future, but overall we were disappointed with our experience.
Be sure to visit this restaurant for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks! It has everything you need to satisfy your hunger, with a wide menu selection and fun Pacman/Sega/Pinball games. The atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly, with delicious food.
The service at this restaurant was slow and disorganized, with incorrect orders being served sporadically. The frustration and disappointment of waiting 15 minutes for tap water, 25 minutes for the wrong iced coffee, and receiving overcooked eggs and undercooked bacon was heightened by the sight of 5 staff members behind the counter chatting and idling about. Despite the restaurant's efforts towards Covid safety measures, equal attention must be given to improving their customer service. Neglecting this aspect poses a greater risk to the business's reputation and survival than any pandemic.
We stopped here for a quick lunch however had to wait a long while for us to receive our food. Staff were very unorganised and had poor service skills. When the food finally arrived it was inedible. It was raw, the bread was stale and the pancakes tasted like fish, highly recommend not going to this place the new owners are not doing it justice.
