Fish was fresh although the batter was way to thick for our liking

We ordered a plain burger and a burger with the lot, we got two plain burgers but paid the extra… I also ordered extra cheese on one and gravy to go with the chips but did not get either. I’m very upset with the service and it was a waste of money, I would’ve gone back but we walked back to the place we were staying and became very disappointed with what we got. Waste of $50.

Very quick service and accurate estimate of time until ready. Nice batter on scallops and Barra, tasty chips. Would definitely be back.

Located on Beach road and opposite the park and beach, this fish and chip shop offers a variety of burgers, Chico rolls, dim Sims, calamari and if course fish and chips. The batter is light and not soggy in oil. The serves are decent with 3 flathead fillets being given in a serve. Chips are crisp and are not salted so you can season to your liking. A bit of salt and pepper, a dash of vinegar mmm.There is are breakfast options including and egg and bacon roll, and toasted sandwiches including BLT.Staff are friendly, efficient and to the point.There is limited parking on the road Infront of the store, however there is ample parking across the road at the park. Note that it is double lined along the road. Drivers, however, don't seem to follow the road rules and cross over the double lines into the car park.I would have given you a photo of the food, but I ate it instead. The fresh smell of fish and chips made me hungry. Perhaps a photo next time.Ps. What's even more awesome is sharing the wonderful meal with a kind and generous friend who shares their crispy calamari with you

Friendly staff and plenty of options to choose from on the menu. Decided to order 2 x grilled fish packs and 2 x kids fish and chips. I was impressed by how quick the order was ready considering how busy it was for a Thursday night. Food was great, plenty of flavour and seemed pretty fresh.
