I went to pick up a polar pizza for my daughters birthday. When I got to the store it said $16.99 on the box. At checkout it was $26, I questioned the $10 difference and the worker said that’s what it rang up for. I understand prices have increased but the store needs to do a better job writing the new prices on their items. View all feedback.
Unexpectedly poor variety of ice cream. It seems like the owner is obsessed with chocolate ice cream and doesn't want to sell anything except it. I found only one refreshing flavor, all others included chocolate in a way chocolate chips, crumbles, several similar chocolate flavors with different names (what the hell? . Baskin Robbins is famous for a variety of ice creams, when you want to try all of them at once. Not the case for this shop. Disappointed and never return.
One awful experience picking up a birthday cake. We ordered a Ghost cake. BR code is H119. Picture of what is suppose to look like and their scribble when they took the order. Third pic is what I got. Seriously???? How does one get from the pic in the catalogue to what I received. The people in the store were no help and shame on me for going to pick it up the day before I need it. I would recommend you avoid this place. No one making the cake or reviewing the end product could make this error.
Avoid this place for a birthday cake. Awful experience I ordered a bday cake that was suppose to look like the first picture. What I got was a ball/glob call a ghost. The people at the store were nice but useless. I have to question how this would be a mistake. The person making it and their manager had to know so I consider this done on purpose. Perhaps they couldn't do the original cake or just want to cheat the customer. Regardless avoid this place. As noted earlier the workers at the store were nice but have zero authority to do anything and they certainly couldn't fix this themselves. I'll take some blame for picking it up the day I needed it so I was stuck with something I would not have taken. I'll close with saying the pics speak for themselves. Avoid this businessFollow up. I was told by the store clerk to call the manager. His name is Don. I called he wasn't in. Never heard back so I stopped by the store. The guy that took my order remembered me and couldn't believe this had happened. Took my number said he would have the manager call me. That was Friday. It's now Wednesday. Still waiting. Confirmation that they could care less about their customers
Same as it ever was. Getting slowly worse as it becomes more and more corporate. You know what I mean. The drive thrus, the order times, the lower quality product... Etc.
I always go to this place for my favorite drink, where I live I have one on the corner of my house, but I stopped going because all the time it had a different flavor, they didn't do it the same, sometimes good, sometimes bad. I changed locations I don't mind going any further but the taste was always the same today I had to try my favorite drink and it tastes horrible the taste is not from a blass cappuccino this location was my favorite batavia ?.
