Wingstop - Bastrop
Wingstop
Description
This Bastrop Wingstop can deliver tasty wings, friendly service and a clean dining area when running smoothly, with managers often praised. However, multiple patrons report inconsistent wait times, phone/pickup mix-ups and uneven food quality — dry wings and overcooked, unseasoned fries — plus occasional tense staff interactions. Come for the flavors but expect possible delays and service hiccups.

They really need to get themselves together. Ordered online, app says its ready in 0-2 minutes. 30 minutes after arriving and still not ready. This is not the first time this has happened at this location.
I was informed that my order would take 58 to 63 minutes when I placed it online. However, after waiting an hour, I was told I had to wait an additional 30 minutes. Most of the wings I received were dry, despite being advertised as sauced. The fries were overcooked and lacked any seasoning. I noticed that food was being placed on a counter to be picked up, but the cashiers would just walk past it while numerous customers were waiting. Wingstop, you need to improve your service!
After visiting Jackson Hewitt today, I was craving some wings and a few beers. Thankfully, our local Wingstop in Bastrop came to the rescue! I expected a bit of a wait, so we placed our order and I grabbed my first beer. After about 45 minutes (we were initially told it would be an hour), our wings arrived, and they certainly did not disappoint. Those Wet Hot Lemon Pepper wings were fantastic! A big thank you to Trinity for a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!
I placed an online order that was estimated to take about 35 minutes, but it actually took 50 minutes to arrive. This was my first time trying wings from WingStop, and unfortunately, they were overly seasoned. I don't think I'll order again during their peak hours, as the staff seemed overwhelmed and had difficulty keeping up with the demand.
