His outstanding customer service and willingness to accommodate my needs truly stood out. I highly recommend visiting this Whataburger specifically for the excellent service.

This time, I waited 35 minutes and based on the current pace, it looked like it could take another 15-20 minutes. I'm giving Whataburger 3 stars because the delay isn’t the employees' fault, and their menu usually offers great food. Update: The line is moving faster now since two cars ahead of me have left.

However, the restaurant's cleanliness could be improved, as it feels greasy and slippery, and the trash bins were overflowing. While it's not a major issue, it was certainly noticeable. Overall, I had a wonderful time!

They forgot the patties on my burger, and even though I specified no onions in my online order due to an allergy, both burgers came with onions. On my last visit, they lost my order entirely and made me wait an hour, while all the new customers who arrived after me got their meals right away. I ended up wasting $22 tonight and would not recommend this place. It feels like the staff just doesn't care anymore.
