We've made a door-disc order from Taco Cabana and door-**** brought us only half of our food. After this gave us a terrible experience, we called Taco Cabana and talked to Ricky. He was so friendly and helpful and made our food fresh so we could get it. Great service and kindness! Especially if it wasn't even her fault. Five stars! View all feedback.
Came right before closing and had no idea what we wanted to order. Her shift manager Ricky had the perfect setting and was very patient. Five stars!
I went in for a strawberry margarita, but it wasn’t quite ready; the strawberry mix hadn’t been properly frozen and was very watered down. My husband spoke to the staff, and she was incredibly sweet and apologetic. To make it up to us, she even offered us complimentary soda while we waited for the margarita. The manager, Daniella, a kind Hispanic lady who is a bit short and always wears a smile, provided exceptional customer service. Thank you both for going above and beyond for us! Because of your great service, you have gained my loyalty. Thanks, Taco Cabana! Also, a shout-out to the lovely young lady at the window, who wore glasses and was very friendly.
Taco Cabana consistently offers great food and usually provides a pleasant experience. However, during our recent visit, we ordered fajitas for the family and decided to set our own table. Once our order was ready, it was placed on the old condiment bar and seemingly forgotten. Eventually, someone came over to inform us that our food was ready, but unfortunately, it was already cold, and we had no idea how long it had been sitting there.
We placed a DoorDash order from Taco Cabana, but unfortunately, we only received half of our food. This led to a pretty disappointing experience. However, when we called Taco Cabana and spoke with Ricky, he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He made our food fresh so we could get what we were missing. We really appreciated his great service and kindness, especially since the mix-up wasn't even his fault. We're giving them five stars!
