Probably not. While passing through, we asked a local for a decent café for a quick breakfast and a hot coffee, and this place was recommended to us. The café is very modest but pleasant—just nothing extravagant. It appears to be a favorite spot among the locals. However, the food wasn't to my taste; I found it a bit too greasy for my liking.
