I have wintered in Mexico for a number of years and this food is better than much of the food I've had there... I was immediately served a basket of tortilla chips and two really excellent salsas one green and one red...while I only had one dish the Coctel de Camarón(shrimp cocktail pictured) based on its perfection, I can highly recommend this restaurant...it has a very large menu which I'm looking forward to trying... Obviously just over-microwaved beans (look at bubbling) and store bought tortillas. Also, we ordered stuffed jalapeños, which came with raw portions of bacon and breading/flour that had not been fully cooked. Don’t see how this place has the ratings it does. Won’t be going back. View all feedback.
Excellent food, friendly atmosphere, I will be back
This is Mexican food. REAL Mexican food. The refried beans taste like my Nana made them. I feel like I’m 10 again hurriedly finishing my plate so I could get more before my cousins could!! This is the best Mexican food I’ve had in Texas. I highly recommend Las Cosinas.
Good food. worth it. Very friendly people and quick for a jump in and eat and go. Love it.

Amazing!!!! My wife and I drive by all the time and decided to stop for dinner. The service was quick and the food was amazing.
